1. Free Returns

We offer free returns on all our products within 72 hours of receiving your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product free of charge, at no additional cost to you.

2. Return Requirements

To ensure your return is accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, without any marks, alterations, scratches, or dents, and with all its original parts, colors, tags, and packaging intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
  • The product must have been purchased through our official website (www.tonacla.com).

3. How to Make a Return

To make a free return, follow these simple steps:

Contact us: Send an email to mexicanart@tonacla.com to notify us of your intention to return the product. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Receive instructions: We will provide you with a free return label along with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Package the product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or additional materials that came with the product.
  • Free Shipping: Attach the return label to the package and send it to the indicated address at no cost to you. Once we receive the product, we will process the return.

4. When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are not in their original condition or have been used, washed, or damaged.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products returned after the 3-day period from the date of receipt.

5. Refunds

Once we have received the item and verified that it meets our return policy, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.
